All purchases of virtual items, in-game currency, or other digital content (“Items”) are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise determined by PINEBROOK TRADING LIMITED in its sole discretion.
Items are virtual goods that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Service.
If you made a purchase through a third-party platform such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your refund request must be submitted directly to the respective platform provider and will be subject to their refund policies. We do not have control over such transactions.
We may consider refund requests under limited circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized transactions
- Technical errors resulting in failed or duplicate purchases
- Failure to deliver purchased Items
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the transaction date.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user is abusing the refund policy, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating our Terms of Service.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back via the original payment method.
