Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
